Brain wave vibration

Everything is vibrating. Vibration itself is a natural life phenomenon. The natural vibration help us  opening blockage inside of our body. It also applies to our brain. But in case of brain, we’d better use the power of imagination. Because it is a little bit difficult to ignite the natural vibration in our brain rather than other parts of body we can shake. So imagine the brain wave in your brain .

1.Breathe comfortably in a comfortable posture.

2.If it is availabe, lie down to let your lower back touch the floor lightly

3.Imagine a brain wave such as a natural vibration wave like when we are relaxed

4.Imagine the brain wave vibrating with a comfortable and natural breath

5.Then some part of your body may start light-vibrating. Just let it go. Keep it for a couple of minutes.

This ‘Brain wave vibration’ can be effective for release of emotion not just good for physical body. Because we are in a certain negative emotion, the brain wave is not natural. As we keep the natural vibration, the negative emotion will be gone. It is a kind of ‘Brain Management’

SEATTLE PHOENIX PROJECT!!!

The Phoenix Project is a deep experiental Leadership Training/Internship taking place in Seattle with many other passionate young people from across the world to develop themselves through skills of yoga, martial arts, meditation, and other mind/body holistic healing exercises. The Phoenix Project is a national initiative to empower the youth generation and communities through holistic self-development, leadership, and service. The project rests on one simple principle: in our bodies and minds, we have the power and energy to create the lives and world we seek.

In this way everyday of the Phoenix Project is spent: training and cultivating a sense of power, passion and purpose through Dahn Yoga, Martial Arts, and meditation, and then applying that energy through community outreach to make a real and vital change in the world. This is really an amazing way to develop yourself deeply and confidently training yourself to be strong inside and out. Part of the project is also engaging with the world through awesome community outreach projects like teaching refugee children yoga or helping pregnant mothers relax and breathe and learning to work with non-profits. All the while developing skills of which you can apply to enhance your everyday life and relationships and well being.

If you choose you can apply your hands on training to enhance your abilities of instructing yoga or tai chi classes throughout our network of over 350 holistic health centers worldwide (www.dahnyoga.com) This is a way to deeply enrich yourself and those around you and strengthening your connection to healing society and the earth. After completing this training it is possible to  connect to further training or employment and develop your skills in a diverse healing community including one of the 5 Holistic Centers in Seattle or elsewhere to further develop teaching or managing in the holistic healing arts or take advantage of one of our many opportunities with community outreach projects and non-profits locally. Of course your bright healing energy and passion will naturally increase your own stress reduction and self care as well as work and home environment with increased focus, patience, and care for others, really there are many infinite positive aspects to be shared from this experience which enhance any lifestyle.

There are 2 Phoenix Project winter internship opportunities in January 14-25 and Feb 2-13 (they are packed full of fun and deep training). *We have worked very hard with the help of numerous individuals and organizations to create this training in Seattle and to make is accessible to those who really wan to know and develop themselves inside and out.  Currently we are partnering with City Year, Starbucks, and other groups to spread this style of genuine leadership and self development.

I encourage anyone out there who wants to go deeper within themselves to find true joy and satisfaction from the heart and create your dreams of healing yourself and others to contact us or get involved.   Good luck, you are the hope!^^________^^
