On Dec. 2nd (sun),  12 members attended for Self Discoverly training(Shim Sung). They were so dedicated for their trueself. They gave their best to take off their shells which they built in their life.

‘Who am I?’ and ‘What do I want?’

With sincerity they asked for themselves.

That was a great moment.

Create Health, Happiness and Peace

First, start with simple things. Laugh when you have something to laugh about, be happy  when you have something to be happy about, and say ‘thank you’ when you have something to be thankful for. You are the master of information. You must simply laugh if you want to laugh. Even if you lack a reason, laugh. After you laugh, your heart will warm and you will feel happy. You choose the information for laughter and experience feeling caused by it. Even if you have nothing to appreciate or love, appreciate and love someone near you. Then, feel your heart. Your heart will be happy.   You experience as you choose. “If you choose HSP, you will experience HSP.” This is training to becoming a master of information.
