Lawyer Discovers Brain Wave Vibration and Dahn Mu

augustrush on Sep 26th 2008

I found a blog post at idealawg written by a woman lawyer who discovered Brain Wave Vibration and Dahn Mu. She says, “I was intrigued because I often move to music in a way that is improvisational. Guess Dahn Mu comes to some people (maybe many? most?) naturally.”

In fact, if you relax enough and allow your body to move without judging it, Dahn Mu comes naturally to everybody. Both of these Dahn Yoga exercises developed by Ilchi Lee are characterized by free-form movement. Practitioners get in touch with their own inner energy and then flow with it. And as the lawyer pointed out in her post, they both help reduce stress, get creative, and gain energy.

Click here to see the example she gives of Ilchi Lee performing Dahn Mu.

And here’s another example that is slightly choreographed, but that I appreciate because it is not by a master on a stage, but by Dahn Yoga members at their center:

Have you tried Dahn Mu or Brain Wave Vibration? How did it make you feel?

Advice for BNB CLUB/ BEST INSTRUCTOR / Outreach etc.

hwarangphoenix on Aug 27th 2008

I think that spreading the LOVE AND HOPE from your heart from all of your amazing training is really great……and putting this into ACTION IS SO AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!!!!

I have some experience from starting the Body and Brain Club at the University of Washington….and though the joy and struggle….learning to keep your inside strong and a compassionate heart and flexible positive brain for others on mattter what condition.  This is the true lesson you can learn from taking ACTION TO GROW YOUR TRUE SELF, YOUR TRUE SELF IS HOPE AND LOVE, AND GROWS MORE FROM SPREADING THIS HOPE AND LOVE TO OTHERS, THIS IS THE MOST JOYFUL, MOST FULFILLING, TRULY SACRED TRANSFORMATION INTO  A LEADER:

Most important for you is just keeping your hong shim (constant devotion mind) and sincerity….every process is a learning experience.

Yes it will be hard at times, but with gratitude for the learning process…you are creating your dream and spreading chun ji ki un through your outreach or club.  For any kind of dream there are obstacles.  Especially importantly you are connecting heaven and earth and you and your club are chun ji ki un heavens flower!  So it is most beautiful journey.

Did I miss some classes or social things….of course.  But I tried to minimize and ask myself sincerely what is the priority?

It is up to you with how much energy you want to put in.  If you are very balanced then you can minimize missing classes, etc.  Especially if you learn to get help and make new vision partners!  But you yourself must experience how to balance the physical and spiritual world especially in order to guide others.  Even though I missed a few classes, I am sure I gained much more back, I tried to at least get the essentials done in the classroom (tests, etc.) so had to plan even more tightly…. but soon I was learning truly sacred lessons about valuing and appreciating each person, situation, and trying to use every second to the fullest….if you want to be a leader of your true self, of your dreams and vision, and certainly of a sacred club or group….have to ask yourself sometimes breaking down through experience these deep details…but then starts to refine and shine deeply~~~

Most important keep your training and connection to soul ALWAYS.

Then from that deep HOPE AND LOVE then you can spread your wings in reality.
But reality is always changing so without your root you will fall…

I love you healing pioneers!

Robert

Dahn Mu Do Workshop SUN!

hwarangphoenix on Aug 23rd 2008

Hello Dahn Yoga Members!

How is everyone doing?

I hope you are HEALTHY AND HAPPY!

Inside health is deeper connection to our brains and bodies. When this circuitry is too messed up and complicated….we will always feel some emptiness. Connecting to yourself is the most important thing in the world and without yourself you have nothing.

Please don’t miss the opportunity to connect with yourself through the classes and trainings….it is a special gift that most people do not even have the chance. Please do not miss out on the purest most bright and beautiful gift from the universe of your TRUE SELF**

This Sunday we have Dahn Mu Do Healing Martial Art workshop 9-6.30 at Ballinger. Confirmed: Molly, Kristal, Myron, Richard….connect to the universe through this deep healing martial art training, don’t miss chance because we don’t have very often. (if you want to come please call me asap)

Also, Initial Awakening, 9-6.30 at Kirkland: Rose, Lita, Angelike, Jenifer will take this first deep and foundation step to create their center in their bodies and lives!

Right now (Sat noon) we have Twitney Healer Nims BE Kids Open Class, which is awesome and building up momentum…. just imagine the future, your kids or grandkids…..learning this kind of care and love of their mind and body just naturally through education….seems like a great dream right!!! So we have to take the REAL LIFE STEPS to make that happen…if you really have a dream then you take action step by step.

So if you truly feel that the classes are helping you….please show by coming and by introducing this kind of thing to your kids or friends….when HOPE MEETS HOPE THERE IS MIRACLE!!!

Sending bright energy out to everyone!

Robert (Ballinger Instructor)

Music Video of Sedona Mago Retreat Center (Mago Garden)

blue5heron on Mar 17th 2008

There is a beautiful music video of Mago Garden, home of Dahn Healers and Dahn Mu Do school graduates. See the video.  There are many options to visit Mago Garden now. When I saw the first scene in the video, it just brought me back to the time when I visited Mago Garden for the first time. After 10 or 20 minutes of driving the road, the panoramic view of Secret Mountains glowing in the evening sun took my breath away! Since then I’ve been to so many times, I gain somthing precious each time I visit there. It makes me smile  by just thinking about it.

Vortex Training at HarborSteps

rainbow8 on Feb 11th 2008

The Vortex Training we had last Friday, Feb 8 and again during the Tao Healer’s Training last Sunday, Feb 10 were a lot of fun and very healing! Master Kim was an inspirational, funny, knowledgeable and amazing trainer and healer! We witnessed and experienced the power of okum and other healing tools. I bought 2 more okum powercards in addition to my collections and finally bought dokaibe that I’ve always wanted to have. The powercards were very timely for me to use for the goal I had set for my 21day Miracle training (meditation part) and dokaibe so beneficial for activating meridian points and sooo very relaxing. It always make me wonder how to use further all these healing tools available at the center, now I have a much more expanded knowledge which I will be able to share in healing others.

Thank you Master Kim for visiting Seattle once again. We look forward to your next training. We enjoyed your trainings very much!

Sunday at Harbor Steps!!

rainbow8 on Jan 28th 2008

We had a blast to start the year off this month at Harbor Steps. Yesterday (January 27th). Healers, pre-healers, pre-sabumnims and myungsanims came for the Tao Fellowship Training led by Master Han. As you know his trainings have always been a very awakening experience! Then we had the YEHA/Phoenix Project training following and DahnMuDo practice afterward with Master Oh.

We also started the YEHA/Phoenix Project Silent Auction. Check out some very interesting, unique items on display at our Harbor Steps center donated by some of the Masters, Myungsas and Healers.

Have a beautiful day with our Winter Wonderland!

Love,
Delia

New Year’s Celebration

opus on Jan 10th 2008

This is a Dahn Mu Do demonstration.  I can really feel her power and energy connection through her movements.  She gave this demonstration on New Year’s Eve at the year end American Dahn (instructor) meeting in the Sedona Ilchi Meditation Center.  I will post a few more videos from that meeting later.
