Brain wave vibration
Everything is vibrating. Vibration itself is a natural life phenomenon. The natural vibration help us opening blockage inside of our body. It also applies to our brain. But in case of brain, we’d better use the power of imagination. Because it is a little bit difficult to ignite the natural vibration in our brain rather than other parts of body we can shake. So imagine the brain wave in your brain .
1.Breathe comfortably in a comfortable posture.
2.If it is availabe, lie down to let your lower back touch the floor lightly
3.Imagine a brain wave such as a natural vibration wave like when we are relaxed
4.Imagine the brain wave vibrating with a comfortable and natural breath
5.Then some part of your body may start light-vibrating. Just let it go. Keep it for a couple of minutes.
This ‘Brain wave vibration’ can be effective for release of emotion not just good for physical body. Because we are in a certain negative emotion, the brain wave is not natural. As we keep the natural vibration, the negative emotion will be gone. It is a kind of ‘Brain Management’

The Roaring Forties
For sailors, the phrase roaring forties refers to the area below forty degrees south latitude, where the ocean begins to become unrelentingly dangerous to small vessels because of huge seas and high winds. But for every man and woman, the term can also mean a time after age forty when the brain faces increasing danger of decline. New research has shown that in the brains of people in their forties, the parts of the brain involved in memory and cognitive function start losing their ability to function, at least in some people.
Though studies are by no means conclusive, it suggests that in our fifth decade of life many of us may start experiencing physical brain breakdown without realizing it.
We do not see this as any surprise. After all, many of us have experienced difficulty remembering things in middle age–where we left the car keys, what we went into the kitchen to get, and so on. That the brain, like
the rest of the body, undergoes some age-related change is not news. We lose between five and ten percent of our brain mass between the ages of twenty and eighty, and with that natural change comes some impairment, such as slower reaction time behind the wheel of a car, or failure to recall the name of a recent acquaintance. But although the aging brain naturally suffers some damage, dementia is not an unavoidable outcome of age. There is much you can do to prevent it. – Ilchi Lee-

Music Video of Mago Garden by Tao Fellowship
There is a beautiful music video of Mago Garden, home of Dahn Healers and Dahn Mu Do school graduates. Mago Garden video. There are many options to visit Mago Garden now. When I saw the first scene in the video, it just brought me back to the time when I visited Mago Garden for the first time. After 10 or 20 minutes of driving the road, the panoramic view of Secret Mountains glowing in the evening sun took my breath away! Since then I’ve been to so many times, I gain somthing precious each time I visit there. It makes me smile by just thinking about it.
Tao Fellowship’s Mago Garden
Sedona Mago Garden is so beautiful. I really want to visit there again. Please watch the video. You’ll love it.
HSP Outreach Instructor’s Training on March 9th at Harbor Steps Center
Dahn Foundation is hosting a HSP Outreach Instructor’s Training for Dahn members who want to reach out to the community. Anyone who is interested in volunteering in any forms is welcome. It will be at Harbor Steps center, 9am to 6pm. Some members are already reaching out by teaching a class to seniors, juniors, and kids, just the way Ilchi Lee started teaching Dahn Yoga at a small community park more than 20 years ago. The fee is $30, coming with t-shirts and a handbook and the money is a donation to Dahn Foundation, a non-profit organization supported by Dahn Yoga. If you are interested in, let your center instructors know~
Vortex Training at HarborSteps
The Vortex Training we had last Friday, Feb 8 and again during the Tao Healer’s Training last Sunday, Feb 10 were a lot of fun and very healing! Master Kim was an inspirational, funny, knowledgeable and amazing trainer and healer! We witnessed and experienced the power of okum and other healing tools. I bought 2 more okum powercards in addition to my collections and finally bought dokaibe that I’ve always wanted to have. The powercards were very timely for me to use for the goal I had set for my 21day Miracle training (meditation part) and dokaibe so beneficial for activating meridian points and sooo very relaxing. It always make me wonder how to use further all these healing tools available at the center, now I have a much more expanded knowledge which I will be able to share in healing others.
Thank you Master Kim for visiting Seattle once again. We look forward to your next training. We enjoyed your trainings very much!
